Playwrights Horizons, under the leadership of Artistic Director Tim Sanford and Managing Director Leslie Marcus, is proud to announce four additional productions for its 2010/2011 40th Anniversary Season. The three World Premieres and one New York premiere join the previously-announced New York premiere of Edward Albee's ME, MYSELF & I.

Good theatre makes you think, and Albee has given the audience a lot to chew on here. Issues concerning death and the ways in which we identify ourselves are keys to figuring it out, but don't expect to decipher it all, even Albee doesn't fully explain what he's getting at. At times, it's rather messy and convoluted, but THE LADY FROM DUBUQUE provokes a dialog, and that's truly the key to understanding it.

American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) announces the final show of its 2008-09 season: Edward Albee's At Home at the Zoo, staged by acclaimed director Rebecca Bayla Taichman (world premieres of Theresa Rebeck's The Scene and Mauritius and Sarah Ruhl's Dead Man's Cell Phone).
