Only Make Believe's Annual Gala, MAKE BELIEVE ON BROADWAY, hosted by Tony Award winner James Monroe Iglehart and honoring Tony winner and Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Alan Cumming and Morgan Stanley Chief Legal Officer Eric Grossman, just took place last night, November 9 at the St. James Theater, directed by Tony Award winner Joe DiPietro.

Tonight, episode 16, “The Blind Fortune Teller,” weaves several tales of family, passion and survival. We may have met the young, homicidal maniac who will grow up to be The Joker – or Jerome may be just a teenager with a creepy laugh. Barbara Kean is trying to reenter Jim Gordon's life but now she has competition from Dr. Thompkins. Fish Mooney continues to show her tenacity even as an underground prisoner and Penguin shakily takes the reins of her club. And young Bruce Wayne has the brass cojones to face the Wayne Enterprises board of directors with allegations of corruption. And as a special bonus, Broadway's Tony Award-winning Genie from ALADDIN James Monroe Inglehart guest stars!

A handful of celeb friends of 'Freestyle Love Supreme' turned out to support the celebrated musical improv troupe last night at Joe's Pub in New York City, as they unveiled the upcoming new 'Freestyle Love Supreme' television series, premiering this Friday, October 17 at 10:30pm ET/PT on Pivot. Guests included multi-platinum recording artist and musician Josh Groban, star of FX's 'You're the Worst' Desmin Borges, and 2014 Tony Award-winner James Monroe Inglehart.

Just last night, Drama Desk and Tony Award winner Laura Benanti ('The Sound of Music Live!', Gypsy, Women On The Verge of a Nervous Breakdown) hosted the 59th Annual Drama Desk Awards at The Town Hall (123 W. 43rd Street). Big winners for the night included Audra McDonald, Bryan Cranston, Jessie Mueller, and Neil Patrick Harris and Jefferson Mays- who tied for Outstanding Actor in a Musical. Actors Fund Gala Celebrating 20 Years of Disney on Broadway Raises $1.6 Million

The Actors Fund's annual gala yesterday raised a record-breaking $1.6 million, as a sold-out audience at the New Amsterdam Theatre witnessed stars of 20 years of Disney on Broadway in highlights from the producing powerhouse's history of award-winning shows. The evening honored the creative collaborators and staff members of Disney Theatrical Productions as they celebrate 20 years on Broadway. Formed in 1994 and operating under the direction of president and producer Thomas Schumacher, Disney received the Medal of Honor, the highest award given by the 132-year old non-profit human services organization. In addition, Fund CEO Joseph P. Benincasa received The Fund's honor for 25 years of service to the creative community.

This year's black-tie event, to be held in the Grand Ballroom at The Pierre New York (2 East 61st Street at 5th Avenue) on Monday, February 7, 2011, will honor two-time Tony Award winner and celebrated Broadway actress-singer Patti LuPone.
