Gilded Balloon to Bring HAPPY IDIOT to Edinburgh Fringe
With sold out shows across Australia and at Soho Theatre, five star reviews and countless laughs - the Happy Idiot is set to make his Edinburgh Fringe debut!
From his dysfunctional family to '90s suburbia, his fear of sport to accidental orgies - Nath's brutally honest and razor sharp comedy is winning over audiences and critics alike.
Nath's blistering, acerbic, and rapid-fire comedy sees him tackle the great gay issues of our times - tinder vs grindr; the weird shit people ask gay couples; and the great dick pic epidemic of the 21st century, including Nath's first ever - received in the full glory of early email.
Nath has taken the comedy world by storm in recent years, with sell-out shows annually in all major comedy and Fringe festivals, including performing to 3,000 people at Falls Festival 2014 and performing across Australia as part of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow. Nath makes regular appearances on TV, too, with credits including The Project, ABC's Dirty Laundry, ABC Breaky Show and ABC Comedy Up Late.
"Nath Valvo's best show yet. The guy is on a rocket. Like other great comedians, he makes hard work look charmingly easy. And he certainly made us LOL. He's relentlessly funny. Go see him" ????½ The Age
"One of the best shows on offer this festival. Don't let it pass you by" ????? Herald Sun
"Super-charming, uncomplicated fun. An hour of invigorating laughs. His enthusiastic energy is irresistible" Chortle
