Tell us a bit about your show.

Everyone has secret desires - ones they often don't know themselves and the Singing Psychic reveals them all by revealing the music in your soul. Is that man really right for you? She knows, and she'll let you know too. Games, prizes, and audience readings (utterly bonkers but uncannily accurate) it's lots of fun.

Why bring it to Edinburgh?

One of the things I most love about Edfringe is the huge variety of work. My SP show I brought last year was award nominated but I fell in love with the more serious shows as well such as Joan Of Arc. I have long wished to return to my traditional acting routes and make a piece of work about women, LGBT & sexual politics and judgements.

So my queen OTFW show feels right for Ed fringe- the mix of theatre & controversial work I feel will suit the Ed fringe philosophy of making unusual interesting work. I think the audiences will appreciate the weird mix of solo theatre, cabaret, life music & audience interaction.

I have even picked my bass guitar up after years of not playing it to accompany myself & having great fun with that.!

I will be doing two shows a day this year at Ed fringe - Sp game show & Queen but I feel Edinburgh will give me the opportunity to play with my audiences, engage in dialogue & have fun. From Chekhov to my Singing Psychic readings it's gonna be a wild ride!

What sets it apart from other shows at the Fringe?

We just can't help being fascinated by the realm of the psychic. Is she for real - even just a bit? Most audience participation is about getting people to be something other than themselves, this is all the edgier because it gets to who they really are. And it does it all with a big dose of 70s style.

Who would you recommend comes to see you?

Those interested in the dialogue about equality: especially in gender & sexual preference, those who love cabaret & interactive theatre. I am singing original songs & playing my bass guitar so there is live music in there

Are there any other shows you're hoping to catch at the festival?

Henry Naylor's plays / he had a show just before mine in Prague 2016 & all his work is brilliant. He normally sells out super quick so..!
