Carly Ozard Adds Encore Show at Rrazz Room, 7/30

Due to her sold-out 2009 & 2010 shows, an encore performance at The Rrazz Room on Fri. July 30, 2010 at 10:15 pm has been added for Carly Ozard.

Critically-acclaimed musical theater singer and comedic cabaret artist Carly Ozard presents her newest cabaret show Bewitched, Bothered, and Bipolar! - Where mood and music are characterized by humor and triumph as well as tragedy. Co-written by Carly Ozard, Tom Orr, and Barry Kleinbort, Musical Direction by Joe Wicht, Bewitched, Bothered, and Bipolar! will be performed for One-Night Only, Fri. Carly Ozard's previous show was BITTER AND BE GAY, a sold-out cabaret show which debuted at the Octavia Lounge in 2008. Carly was named Best New Cabaret Performer of San Francisco at the Cabaret Showcase Showdown in 2009. She returned to Martuni's to debut Bewitched, Bothered, and Bipolar!! Ozard gently and humorously relates struggling with bipolar disorder, with humorous effects along with a hilarious re-write of "Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered" by local lyricist Tom Orr. Acoustic guitar and back-up vocals are featured by Brendan Getzell and Jennifer Martinelli. Musical selections include works by Leonard Bernstein, Craig Carnelia, Alanis Morisette, Laura Nyro, Andre & Dory Previn, Rodgers & Hart, Marvin Hamlisch, Queen and more.
