Theatre By The Sea Presents THE GIZMO GUYS 8/21

Theatre By The Sea owner and producer Bill Hanney, Producing Artistic Director Amiee Turner and Managing Producer Joel Kipper are proud to continue Theatre By The Sea's 2009 Children's Festival with the comedy jugglers, The Gizmo Guys on Friday, August 21, 2009.

This Theatre By The Sea favorite is a comedy juggling act and much, much more! Original routines mix quick, witty and silly verbal repartee with world class juggling skills to create a truly phenomenal, but lighthearted approach to the ancient art of juggling performance. Amazing, energetic and funny!

Since creating The Gizmo Guys in 1987, Allan Jacobs and Barrett Felker have proven that together they can amuse as well as amaze. They have performed for over a million people in more than 2000 live performances throughout the U.S. and Canada and in such diverse places as Saudi Arabia and Japan. The Gizmo Guys have performed in numerous venues including The Big Apple Circus, Trump Castle, NBA Halftimes, and various cruise ships and have made countless television appearances including The Late Show, HBO's Young Comedians, Comedy Tonight, Nashville Now, Nickelodeon, and Comedy Central. They have also performed with such celebrities as singer Ray Charles and comedian David Brenner. Allan and Barrett have also taught juggling at the renowned French and Canadian national circus schools.

After the performance, families can enjoy cold drinks and snacks, which will be available for purchase at the gazebo.

The Gizmo Guys will be performing on Friday, August 21, 2009 at 10:00 am and 12:00 noon. The theatre is located at 364 Cards Pond Road, Matunuck, RI. Single tickets are $10.00 each.
