Photo Flash: First Look at Epic Theatre Company's CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF
Epic Theatre Company is beginning the new year with an ageless masterpiece-Tennessee Williams' "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof." This story of a Southern family coming apart at the seams as they celebrate the birthday of their patriarch is one of the greatest family dramas of all time, and Epic's production will serve as the anchor to its fifth season when it arrives onstage in January 2017. Directing the piece will be Epic Resident Director and Artistic Director of Out Loud Theater, Kira Hawkridge. Hawkridge will direct a cast led by Kerry Giorgi as Maggie, David Sackal as Brick, Eric Behr as Big Daddy, Michelle L. Walker as Big Mama, Justin Paige, Jason Quinn, Justin Pimentel, and Stephanie Traversa.
Also on the production team are: Stage Manager: Justin Fortin; Producer: Kevin Broccoli; Production Manager: Hannah Lum; and Poster Design: Elena Semenkova.
All performances (January 13-28, 2017) will take place at Theater 82 in Cranston, where Epic is the resident theater company. The performance on the 15th will be followed by a post-show discussion. Tickets: $20 General Admission, $15 Seniors. All Student Tickets are Free as part of Epic's "Free Student Tickets" Program.
