Epic Theatre Invites Audience to Choose Next Season Image

Epic Theatre Company continues to use the wildly popular website Patreon to connect to their audiences in a new and fresh way-bypassing the traditional subscription model to allow their supporters an all-access pass to all things Epic. This month, we're expanding that access with the biggest perk yet. In the coming months, Epic supporters on Patreon will be allowed to vote which shows make it into the 2018 - 2019 Season.

"Patreon has the potential to be a real game-changer for us here," says Epic Artistic Director Kevin Broccoli, "And beyond the financial support we're grateful to receive, we also love the idea of giving our audiences a chance to see what happens behind the scenes at Epic, and season selection is something our audience is very interested in."

Broccoli will choose a shortlist of plays that he'd like to see included in the 2018 - 2019 Season, and then Patreon supporters in the $10 or above tier will get to vote on their favorites. Those in a higher tier will get bonus perks to help make their decision, including discussions with Kevin, invitations to script readings, etc.
