Ocean State Theatre Company (OSTC), currently celebrating its fourth season in its state-of-the-art theatre in Warwick is proud to present Tom Dulack's hilarious comedy, Breaking Legs from January 27 - February 14.

Angie Graziano, a one-time student who now manages her father's Italian restaurant, suggests to her former professor that her father and "uncles" might be willing to invest in his new play. What good Italian family wouldn't do this for their daughter? What starts as a professor-turned-playwright looking for funding for his new play, turns into a professor-turned-playwright who gets more than he bargained for! His bubble is burst when he hears of the "accidental" death-by-train of a possible thug and begins to think his would-be backers might be more "family" than family. In this madcap comedy, murder and menace are served up with plenty of pasta and plenty of laughs. Contains adult content/language.

Ocean State Theatre Company is thrilled to welcome Trinity Repertory Company's Fred Sullivan, Jr., who won rave reviews for his portrayal of Don in last summer's production of Rounding Third and Max in OSTC's production of Laughter on the 23rd Floor (2014). Mr. Sullivan will be making his directing debut with OSTC. Audience favorite Christopher Swan, returns to OSTC, where he previously appeared in Gypsy (Herbie), David Mamet's Race (Jack Lawson), Legally Blonde (Prof. Callahan), and the award-winning production of The King and I (The King). Mr. Swan will portray the role of Terence O'Keefe the professor-turned-playwright. His former student, Angie Graziano, will be played by Providence native and classically trained actress, Sophia Blum, who will be making her OSTC stage debut. In the role of Angie's father, Lou Graziano, will be stage, film and television actor, Cleo Zani of Cape Cod, who is also making his OSTC debut. Brandon Whitehead, who portrayed Inspector Hubbard in OSTC's production of Dial M for Murder, returns in the role of Mike Francisco and Chris Perrotti of Lincoln, who is making his OSTC debut, will play Tino De Felice. Rounding out the cast, in the role of Frankie Salvucci, will be Mark S. Cartier of Bridgewater, MA, who has appeared with OSTC in several productions including Fools, Miracle on 34th Street, Laughter on the 23rd Floor, The Diary of Anne Frank and Meet Me in St. Louis.
