THE RIVER opened last night, Nov. 16, at Circle in the Square (50th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue). The production will play a strictly limited 13-week engagement through Sunday, January 25, 2015. Featuring a company of 28 actors and musicians, one of the largest companies ever assembled for a play in the West End, and a dog, this new play will be directed by Declan Donnellan and designed by Nick Ormerod, the driving force behind the world-renowned theatre company, Cheek by Jowl.
