An American In Paris is directed and choreographed by Christopher Wheeldon. Inspired by the Academy-Award winning film, An American In Paris brings this classic tale to Broadway for the first time with music and lyrics by George Gershwinand Ira Gershwin and a book by Tony nominee and Pulitzer Prize finalist Craig Lucas. Honeymoon in Vegas began performances on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, and officially opened on Thursday, January 15, 2015 to rave reviews. Prior to Broadway, Honeymoon in Vegas completed a successful engagement at the Papermill Playhouse in Milburn, NJ October 6 - 27, 2013.

Johanna Barr and Joe Pikowski, a lucky young couple, found themselves on a double-date with Broadway's newest 'newlyweds,' Rob McClure and Brynn O'Malley of Honeymoon in Vegas. Immediately following the Valentine's Day matinee, Tony Danza instructed audience members to look under their seats for a special Valentine's Day heart. Having found the heart, the two were whisked away for a fun double-date at Wolfgang's Steakhouse in midtown.
Also backstage was theatre luminary Joel Grey. The Tony, Oscar, and Golden Globe Award-winner became the latest celebrity to be lei'd by Honeymooncast members. Grey was delighted when McClure and O'Malley surprised him with a traditional Hawaiian lei in celebration of Valentine's Day.
