OUR DAY OUT Returns To Royal Court Liverpool August 27- October 9

Following its massive sell out success in 2009 Willy Russell's Our Day Out The Musical returns to the Royal Court Liverpool from 27 August - 9 October 2010, with press performances from 2 September. Our Day Out The Musical is directed by Bob Eaton, designed by Mark Walters with lighting Ian Scott, musical direction by Howard Gray and choreography by Beverley Norris-Edmunds.

Native Voices Playwrights Retreat Ends with Public Readings of 3 New Works 6/26-27

Native Voices at the Autry, America's leading Native American theater company, continues its tradition of excellence in developing works by new and established Native American playwrights at its highly regarded PLAYWRIGHTS RETREAT AND FESTIVAL OF NEW PLAYS, culminating in public readings of three new works on Saturday, June 26, 2010, 1 PM, and Sunday, June 27, 1 PM and 4 PM, at the Autry National Center in Los Angeles.

Donnell, Umoh & More Set For ART's JOHNNY BASEBALL 5/16-6/27

American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) presents the world premiere of the musical Johnny Baseball by Richard Dresser, Robert Reale, and Willy Reale, directed by Diane Paulus. The production begins performances on May 16 and runs through June 27, 2010 at the Loeb Drama Center, 64 Brattle Street, Harvard Square, Cambridge.

American Lyric Theater's THE GOLDEN TICKET Closes 6/26

American Lyric Theater (ALT) announces the World Premiere of The Golden Ticket, a new opera based on Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, on June 13, 2010 at7pm at Opera Theatre of Saint Louis at Webster University's Loretto-Hilton Center, continuing for five more performances on June 16, 18, 22 (mat), 24, and 26.
