According to The Hollywood Reporter, Tony- and Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Tracy Letts will join Ira Sachs's indie film LOVE IS STRANGE from Parts & Labor, alongside Kelly Reilly, Michael Gambon and Alfred Molina. Production is slated to begin in New York City this summer.

The Tony Awards Administration Committee met today for the second time this season to decide the eligibility of 14 Broadway productions for the 2013 American Theatre Wing's Tony Awards, presented by The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing. The Tony Awards Administration Committee will meet a total of four times throughout the 2012-2013 season to decide the eligibility for the 2013 Tony Awards.
59E59 Theaters welcomes Sans A Productions with the New York City premiere of BEARS, written by Mark Rigney and directed by Kristin McCarthy Parker. Atlantic Theater Company has announced The Strand Series, a new partnership with the legendary Strand Book Store. Presented with each Atlantic Mainstage production, the conversation series expands the discussion between Atlantic's playwrights, directors, actors and other artists. The upcoming installment will be held today, February 11 at 7pm and feature playwright Craig Lucas and director Pam MacKinnon of THE LYING LESSON, which begins previews at Atlantic's Linda Gross Theater on February 20.
