Off Broadway Blizzard Update- Which Shows Are On!

The snow storm is now underway in New York City, where the Weather Channel is predicting 10 inches or more, as well as wind gusts up to 50 MPH. The heaviest snow totals by Saturday afternoon are expected in New England from coastal Maine to Connecticut, as well as parts of Upstate New York, where one to two feet of snow is expected, and some locations, particularly in coastal New England, may approach, or even exceed three feet storm total snow.

All Broadway shows are currently scheduled to go on as normal, however some off Broadway productions have announced cancellations. The following shows have announced updates for tonight, February 8:

-Much Ado About Nothing: Theatre For a New Audience- Single ticket holders for tonight's canceled performance: please call the Duke's box office at 646-223-3010 to reschedule. Subscribers: please call Courtney Caldwell at 212-229-2819 x 10 to reschedule your tickets.

-STOMP is offering to exchange tickets in advance for customers who know a future performance date they would like to attend. Customers may contact their point of purchase to process an exchange.

-Katie Roche: Mint Theatre- Tonight's 8pm performance will go on as scheduled, but tomorrow (Saturday, February 9th) at 2pm will be canceled.

-Fuerza Bruta: Daryl Roth Theatre-Tonight's 8pm performance will go on as scheduled, but tonight's 10:30pm performance has been canceled.

-Talley's Folley- the first performance of Talley's Folly will begin tomorrow, Saturday, February 9th at 2PM. Please visit www.roundabouttheatre.org for up to date performance information due to the weather.

Via Telecharge, the following Broadway shows are offering advance exchanges - before the performance - for customers who are unable to attend the Friday, February 8 evening performance, due to the winter storm: Chicago, Cinderella, Mamma Mia!, Nice Work If You Can Get It, Once, The Phantom of the Opera, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, The Other Place, Rock of Ages, The Heiress, Jersey Boys, The Book of Mormon, Manilow on Broadway.
