After paying tribute to artistic inspirations during Fall 2016's DEMO, Damian Woetzel continues to unite artists from across fields around a common theme in performance on April 3, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. in the Eisenhower Theater. This installment of the multi-genre series brings together acclaimed artists for a special one-night performance to celebrate the combination of song and dance.

Berkshire Theatre Group announces the final production of its upcoming 2017 Summer Season will be Mark Medoff's Tony, Outer Critics Circle and Drama Desk Award-winning play, Children of a Lesser God, which will begin performances on Thursday, June 22 at The Fitzpatrick Main Stage. Opening night is set for Saturday, June 24 at 8pm.

Chicago Premiere of David Adjmi's 3C to Play A Red Orchid Theatre

???????A Red Orchid Theatre concludes its 2016-2017 Season with the Chicago premiere of 3C, written by David Adjmi and directed by Ensemble Member Shade Murray. The production runs April 20 - June 4, 2017, at A Red Orchid Theatre, 1531 N. Wells. The press opening is Monday, April 24 at 7:00 p.m.

BWW Review: EDWARD ALBEE'S AT HOME AT THE ZOO Perfectly Combines Two One-Acts and Signing/Speaking Actors

EDWARD ALBEE'S AT HOME AT THE ZOO combines Albee's groundbreaking 1959 short play The Zoo Story with his acclaimed prequel Homelife, written in 2004. Together these short plays tell a more complete story of publishing executive Peter, his wife Ann, and Jerry, the volatile stranger Peter meets in the park. The production marks the first major Albee production in Los Angeles since the 2016 passing of the legendary American Playwright, with Coy Middlebrook directing a cast that includes deaf and hearing actors working in perfect unison.

Contra Costa Civic Theatre Continues Season with the World Premiere of THE LOST YEARS

Mistaken identities, family secrets, artistic ambitions, and terrible puns set the stage for Contra Costa Civic Theatre's world premiere production of The Lost Years by Los Angeles-based playwright Cynthia Wands, from April 7-30. The production, directed by CCCT Artistic Director Marilyn Langbehn, marks only the second world premiere in the company's 57-year history. Ford's Theatre Society announced full casting and design team for the musical Ragtime directed by Peter Flynn, choreographed by Michael Bobbitt and with Music Direction by Christopher Youstra. Ragtime plays March 10 to May 20, 2017, at historic Ford's Theatre.

Goodman Theatre Sets Cast for World Premiere of OBJECTS IN THE MIRROR By Charles Smith

The cast and creative team is complete for Objects in the Mirror, a Goodman Theatre-commissioned world premiere by Charles Smith. Directed by Resident Director Chuck Smith, Objects in the Mirror is inspired by the playwright's real-life friendship with a Liberian refugee-turned-actor, Shedrick Yarkpai-portrayed by Daniel Kyri, in his Goodman debut. The production was developed through the 2015 New Stages festival and features a 5-member cast who brings to life the gripping account of one Liberian refugee's attempts to find peace by exposing a potentially dangerous lifelong secret. Objects in the Mirror appears April 29 through June 4 (opening night is May 8) in the Albert Theatre. Bill Irwin Returns to The New School to Host Screening of Chaplin Film with Live Orchestra

The New School's College of Performing Arts welcomes the public to the fifth edition of (Un)Silent Film Night, a performance series in which The College of Performing Arts Theater Orchestra performs live music to classic silent films. Previous events in the series have drawn capacity crowds to the 400-seat Tishman Auditorium at The New School.

The Open Circle Theatre Company presents WAITING FOR GODOT

The Open Circle Theatre Company has announced a new production of Waiting for Godot by Samuel Beckett, directed by Daniel J. Wilner. There will be two preview performances on March 23 and March 24 at 8pm, and opening is set for Saturday, March 25 at 8pm. Waiting for Godot will play a limited engagement through April 16 at The Other Space @ The Actors Company in West Hollywood.
