Lynne Meadow (Artistic Director) and Barry Grove (Executive Producer) just announce the first two productions of Manhattan Theatre Club's 2015-2016 season. MTC's Broadway season at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street) will begin next fall with the Broadway premiere of Williamstown Theatre Festival's acclaimed production of Fool for Love by Pulitzer Prize winner Sam Shepard, directed by Obie Award winner Daniel Aukin, starring Tony Award winner Nina Arianda and Sam Rockwell.

Award-winning composer / performer duo Harry Blake and Alice Keedwell are delighted to announce their return to VAULT in 2015. Blake and Keedwell will open the festival with a one-night-only performance of HOUSE OF BLAKEWELL'S HOUSE PARTY. The acclaimed production, which began life with a sell-out run at VAULT 2014 sees the showtune-loving duo welcome audiences to their Peckham housewarming in an attempt to fit in. Wednesday 28 January will be the last ever chance to join the party.

Casting is now complete for the Off-Broadway premiere of a new version of Joe Pintauro's classic drama SNOW ORCHID at the Lion Theatre on Theatre Row (410 W. 42nd St.). Stephen Plunkett (War Horse), David McElwee (The Wayside Motor Inn) and Timothy Hassler (Fiddler on the Roof at Goodspeed) will join previously announced stars Tony Award nominee Robert Cuccioli and Angelina Fiordellisi.

Steppenwolf Theatre Company continues its 2014/15 subscription season with the world premiere production of Airline Highway, written by Lisa D'Amour (Detroit, How to Build a Forest) and directed by Joe Mantello (The Last Ship, Casa Valentina, Wicked). Steppenwolf's production will be presented by Manhattan Theatre Club (MTC) at their Samuel J. Friedman Theatre on Broadway in Spring 2015. Neighborhood Classics presents celebrated violinist Rachel Barton Pine in concert tonight, November 18 at 7pm at P.S. 321 in Brooklyn (180 Seventh Ave.).

The South Florida Silver Palm Theatre Awards committee, founded seven years ago to honor theatrical excellence in South Florida, has announced that this year it will present the coveted award to 26 individuals and organizations.

Pine will perform Bach's Sonata in G Minor and selections from Paganini's 24 Caprices, Op. 1, plus new works dedicated to her from New York composers Mohammed Fairouz (“For Egypt” from Sonata for Unaccompanied Violin Native Informant, from 2011) and Earl Maneein (Be12(OH)12(BTB)4 Metal Organic Framework, from 2014). The concert will be hosted by Neighborhood Classics Founder and Artistic Director Simone Dinnerstein. All ticket sales for this one-hour, family-friendly concert benefit P.S. 321.
