Amas Musical Theatre, in association with Scandobean Productions, LLC will present a new musical with book, music and lyrics by David Rossmer and Steve Rosen entitled The Other Josh Cohen. It will be directed by the very fancy, Tony Award-winning Ted Sperling, with choreography by Andrew Palermo and musical direction by Vadim Feichtner. The Other Josh Cohen will begin performances tonight, October 10 and open on Sunday, October 21. It runs through November 11, 2012 only, and plays at the scenic SoHo Playhouse (15 Vandam Street). Prospect Theatre Company presents FOOLS FOR LOVE, a one-night-only concert performance celebrating April Fool's Day, on Sunday April 1 at 7pm at the Laurie Beechman Theatre in the West Bank Cafe. Ticket prices for this event are $25 for regular general admission, $35 for premium reserved seating at the best tables in the house. In addition, there is a $15 food and beverage minimum for each guest; doors open for seating at 6:30pm.
