Yank!, which played the York Theatre off Broadway in the 2009-2010 season and which has an eye for Broadway will be given a workshop this fall in NYC, backed by the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego. The workshop will run from October 10 through November 10, 2011. According to casting notices, actors for all parts are being sought.

Encore Theater Company will open it's summer season June 16-18 with the Dayton premiere of Altar Boyz and simultaneously announces the regional premiere of the Tony-winning musical Spring Awakening.

The evening of entertainment benefits the national non-profit organization that brings young talent closer to their Broadway Dreams though intensive week-long Broadway training programs across the country.
