Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS, and Broadway Impact present Broadway's 'It Gets Better' video featuring 63 members of the New York theatrical community speaking to LGBTQ youth.

Broadway veteran Lauren Kennedy will appear in the George Street Playhouse production of [TITLE OF SHOW], opening November 16. The show will also feature Tyler Maynard, Susan Mosher and Seth Rudetsky.

Theyre_playing_Sour_Song_20010101 Broadway darling Sutton Foster and Seth Rudetsky are teaming up on a concert version of They're Playing Our Song to benefit The Actor's Fund on August 30 at the Gerald W. Lynch Theatre at John Jay College in New York City. The concert will be directed and choreographed by Denis Jones and musical directed by Steve Freeman. Additional casting details are forthcoming.

Lynch Theatre at John Jay College in New York City. They are joined onstage by Tyler Maynard, Matt Loehr, Jesse Nager, Amber Efe, Alex Ellis and Kaitlyn Davidson. The full cast has been announced for The Actors Fund benefit, They're Playing Our Song. The one-night event will take place on Monday, August 30th at 7:30pm and will raise money to help support The Actors Fund.

Last night, Monday, May 10, The New Group opened their latest production of The Kid. This marks the final production in The New Group's current 2009-2010 season, which featured Kenneth Lonergan's The Starry Messenger and most recently, the hit revival of Sam Shepard's A Lie of the Mind, directed by Ethan Hawke. The Kid plays a limited Off-Broadway engagement through May 29 at The New Group @ Theatre Row. BroadwayWorld was on hand to capture the opening night after party arrivals.
