Steps Theatre is flying in the "fantasmagorical" Broadway musical Chitty, Chitty, Bang, Bang! It is the very first time this production is to be staged by a regional theatre in the Greater Boston Area. Based on the 1968 Sherman Brothers (Mary Poppins) tuneful film, the musical centers around an eccentric inventor and his flying car.
