INTAR Extends World Premiere of THE MAIDS

INTAR (Lou Moreno, Artistic Director/John McCormack, Executive Director) is proud to announce that the acclaimed world premiere of THE MAIDS by Jose Rivera, adapted from the play by Jean Genet, will extend until October 30th.  Daniel Irizarry directs a cast that features Laura Butler Rivera, Daniel Irizarry, Charlie Munn, Casey Robinson, and Folami Williams.  THE MAIDS by Jose Rivera is presented in association with One-Eighth Theater (founded by its Artistic Directors Daniel Irizarry and Laura Butler Rivera), which is continuing its residency at INTAR Theatre.  THE MAIDS was developed, in part, with assistance from the Orchard Project, a program of The Exchange (Ari Edelson, Artistic Director Dean Strober, Executive Director, www.exchangenyc.org).

Jeffrey Tambor, Amy Landecker, Dax Shepard, Shay Mitchell and More Will Present at Outfest's Legacy Awards

Outfest, the non-profit organization promoting equality by creating, sharing, and protecting LGBT stories on the screen, announced today that Jeffrey Tambor ('Transparent'), Amy Landecker ('Transparent'), Dax Shepard ('Parenthood'), Shay Mitchell ('Pretty Little Liars'), Teri Polo ('The Fosters') and Sherri Saum ('The Fosters') will be presenting Legacy Awards to Jill Soloway, Sean Hayes and Freeform, respectively. Singer Samuel Larsen ('Glee') is set to perform.

BLOOD is Back This October

Glenne Headly (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Dick Tracy, Mr. Holland's Opus) and James Kyson (NBC's Heroes, voted one of "Hollywood's 25 Hottest" by TV Guide) join the cast when The Garage re-opens its acclaimed world premiere production of BLOOD. Written and directed by Obie and New York Outer Critics Circle Award-winner/ DGA Award, two-time Golden Globe and five-time Emmy Award nominee Robert Allan Ackerman, BLOOD returns to the The Complex in Hollywood beginning Oct. 14.

ABC Announces 'Spooktacular' Halloween Programming Throughout October

Halloween is 'spooktacular' as the entire roster of ABC comedies, as well as “The Chew,” “General Hospital” and more, celebrate everyone's favorite scary holiday. Other highlights include the holiday classic “It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown,” celebrating its 50th anniversary.

JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE Delivers 16-Week Highs in Viewers and Adults 18-49

During the week of October 3, 2016, ABC's “Jimmy Kimmel Live” was up over the prior week by 7% in Total Viewers (2.286 million vs. 2.145 million) and matched the prior week's performance among Adults 18-49 (644,000) to deliver 16-week highs – since the week of 6/13/16.
