Burning Coal Theatre Company of Raleigh, NC will present Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing December 3 - 20, 2009 at Meymandi Theatre at the Murphey School, 224 Polk Street, Raleigh. Performances are Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 2 pm.

Tim Robbins Fights Back with 'WTF? Festival'

In times of crisis, creativity is often the best remedy. At least, this is what actor and director Tim Robbins' is endeavoring to prove with his upcoming 'WTF? Festival,' a series of live performance events that will play on Tuesdays beginning October 13 and run through December 19th at the Culver City Theater in Los Angeles. Produced under the banner of his company, Actors Gang, for which Robbins serves as artistic director, the festival will consist of a medley of performances including plays, concerts, poetry readings, dance performances and film screenings.
NYTW Presents AFTERMATH, Performances Begin 9/1

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) Artistic Director James C. Nicola and Managing Director William Russo have announced that Aftermath, written by Jessica Blank & Erik Jensen, and directed by Ms. Blank, will begin performances Tuesday, September 1, at 7pm, at NYTW, 79 East 4th Street, between Second Avenue and Bowery. Opening night is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15 at 7:00pm. The production will run through Sunday, October 4.
