Cherry Lane Theatre has announced casting for the second production of the Obie award-winning MENTOR PROJECT 2017 now in its 19th season.

The Shakespeare Theatre Company (STC) presents Macbeth, directed by Tony Award-nominee Liesl Tommy and featuring Jesse J. Perez as Macbeth and Nikkole Salter as Lady Macbeth. The show will run April 25-May 28 at Sidney Harman Hall (610 F Street NW).

The Barrow Group has announced complete casting for the second show in their 2016/17 season, Henrik Ibsen's ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE, in a new adaptation by Seth Barrish and K. Lorrel Manning.

Broadway star and television actress Kecia Lewis has joined the cast of Stewart St John's Tara Tremendous The Musical concert performance at Feinstein's/54 Below on March 28, 2017. Lewis will play the role of Dina Dinosaurus, a super heroine whose powers are derived from ancient dinosaurs and is one of the first heroes to befriend 11-year-old Tara Tremendous after she becomes the world's most powerful super hero.
