Jaime Cepero, Dane Terry, Julian Fleisher And More Join Justin Sayre's QUEER REVOLUTION LIVE!

Celebrated performer and writer Justin Sayre will debut his new variety show "Queer Revolution Live!" at Joe's Pub on Saturday, February 9 and Sunday, February 10 at 9:30 PM. Saturday's program will features special guests Jaime Cepero, Darlinda Just Darlinda, Angela Di Carlo, Eric Schmalenberger, and Dane Terry, while Sunday includes Julian Fleisher, Daphne Only, Matt Knife, and Paul Solieau. Additional guests will be announced next week. Tracy Stark will serve as music director. Justin Sayre's "Queer Revolution Live!" is a new showcase for queer talent from uptown, downtown and beyond. The two nights will showcase comedy, music, theater and more from the most fabulous performers in New York. Tickets are available HERE.

After his hit production of King Charles III, David Muse returns to Shakespeare Theatre Company to direct Shakespeare's Richard the Third, a mesmerizing chronicle of the megalomaniac's rampage to the throne. The production will play at Sidney Harman Hall (610 F Street NW) from February 5-March 10, 2019.

#HAM4HAM Lottery Announced In Cincinnati

Producer Jeffrey Seller and Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Cincinnati presented by TriHealth announce a digital lottery for HAMILTON tickets will begin in conjunction with the show's first performance (February 19) in Cincinnati at the Aronoff Center. Forty (40) tickets will be sold for every performance for $10 each. The digital lottery will open at 11:00 AM ET on Sunday, February 17 for tickets to the Tuesday, February 19 performance. Subsequent digital lotteries will begin two days prior to each performance.

THE VIEW UPSTAIRS Comes to Soho Theatre

Jack Maple & Brian Zeilinger for Take Two Theatricals, and Ken Fakler present the European premiere of new LGBTQ+ musical THE VIEW UPSTAIRS from 18 July to 31 August at Soho Theatre, following a triumphant run Off-Broadway, multiple regional US productions and a recent Australian premiere, THE VIEW UPSTAIRS is written by young up-and-coming artist Max Vernon and will be directed in London by Jonathan O'Boyle (Aspects of Love, Pippin, Hair), with choreography by Fabian Aloise (The Rink, Madagascar The Musical, Our House, Working). There will be a national press night on Tuesday 23 July. Casting is to be announced.

Meany Center's Creative Fellowships Initiative Announces Full Roster

The University of Washington has announced the complete roster of artists who have been selected as Creative Research Fellows as part of its first three-year Creative Fellowships Initiative. Funded by a $750,000 grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the interdisciplinary initiative will advance the field of performing arts by supporting artists in the development of new works and by integrating the performing arts disciplines into a broader context academically, artistically, and socially.

Dixon Place Presents Workshop Production of POLYLOGUES

Dixon Place  presents a workshop production of Polylogues, created & performed by Xandra Clark and directed by Molly Clifford, at Dixon Place (161A Chrystie St, New York, NY 10002) After a sold-out run at The Tank in 2018, Polylogues returns with performances on Valentines Day Thursday, February 14, Thursday, February 21,and Friday, February 22 at 7:30 PM. Tickets are available for advance purchase at www.dixonplace.org, show runs approximately 75 minutes with no intermission.  Celebrate Valentine's Day with a specialty cocktail (Polypunch) included with ticket purchase on February 14.
