Written by Mark Weiser, The Cure will feature direction from Elizabeth Lucas (Wild About Harry, The Last Starfighter, and The View From Here at NYMF), and is produced by The New York Musical Theatre Festival and Samantha Saltzman.

Starring in the production at the 2009 New York Musical Theatre Festival are Broadway's Mary Ellen Ashley (Annie Get Your Gun), Paul Kandel (Tommy, Titanic, Jesus Christ Superstar), Laura Jordan (Cry Baby), and Andrew McGinn (Coast of Utopia). The production will feature direction from Susanna Gellert (Fugue States at PS 122) and runs from October 8th to October 17th at the American Theatre of Actors.

These are some of the issues examined in Scott Pardue's very timely, provocative, and 'ripped from the headlines' drama, THE AMERICAN BLACK BOX. Directed by Vincent Scott, the play begins performances on July 15th at the Dorothy Strelsin Theatre, located at 312 West 36th Street, as part of the Midtown international Theatre Festival.

Broadway actress and celebrated impressionist Christine Pedi is to premiere her one woman tour-de-force, Great Dames, in London. Great Dames will be at Jermyn Street Theatre from Tuesday June 2 - Sunday June 21. The press night is Wednesday June 3 at 8.00pm.
