CHINGLISH to Run 12/3-13 at East West Players

East West Players (EWP), the nation's longest-running professional theatre of color in the country and the largest producing organization of Asian American artistic work, re-opens the hugely popular production 'Chinglish' with a revised ending by Tony Award-winning playwright David Henry Hwang and directed by Jeff Liu. The critically-acclaimed production will have a limited run the first two weeks of December, starting Thursday, December 3 through Sunday, December 13.

FINDING NEVERLAND & Inside Broadway Partner for 'Creating Magic' Program for NYC Students

Inside Broadway's Executive Director Michael Presser is pleased to announce that on Thursday, December 10, Finding Neverland and the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre (205 West 46th Street) will be visited by thousands of NYC public school students when the theatre arts & education organization will present its popular 'Creating the Magic' Program. Featuring the cast and production crew of the hit Broadway musical, the special 80 minute program will be offered at 10:45am and 1:15pm.

RUTHLESS! Star to Appear at 17th Annual Glam Awards Tonight

Paul Pecorino, currently starring in the Off-Broadway smash RUTHLESS! THE MUSICAL is set to be a special celebrity presenter at the 17th Annual Glam Awards tonight (Wednesday) at 9 PM. Paul will of course be appearing as his imperious (and uber glam) RUTHLESS! character, Sylvia St. Croix. The Glam Awards, hosted by Bianca Del Rio, honor the brightest stars in NYC gay nightlife and over 400 guests are expected to attend. Entry fee is $10 and VIP tickets are available through www.GlamAwards.net.

New Adaptation of THE CHERRY ORCHARD and Mike Bartlett's LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Added to Roundabout's 2016-17 Season

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) just announced two new productions from two acclaimed playwrights for the 2016-2017 season: a new Broadway production of The Cherry Orchard by Anton Chekhov with a new adaptation by Stephen Karam (The Humans), directed by Simon Godwin and a new play, Love, Love, Love by Mike Bartlett (King Charles III), directed by Michael Mayer. These productions will culminate Roundabout's 50th anniversary season.

Commonwealth Shakespeare Company Sets 2016 Season LOVE ON THE ROCKS

Mayor Martin J. Walsh joins Commonwealth Shakespeare Company (CSC) Founding Artistic Director Steven Maler to announce CSC's 2016 Season of programming in Boston and at Babson College, where CSC is the Theater in Residence. Coming off the heels of a highly successful and celebrated 20th Anniversary Season, CSC's 2016 Season will focus on the many facets of love: from the naive and ardent love of the young in A Midsummer Night's Dream to the 'green-eyed monster' of jealousy that causes the demise of Othello, to the struggles of love and marriage in times of civic strife.

Bill Irwin to Host (Un)Silent Film Night

The New School's College of Performing Arts is pleased to welcome the public for the second edition of its new (Un)Silent Film Night series, in which the College of Performing Arts Theater Orchestra, under the baton ofGary Fagin, will perform contemporary composer Carl Davis' score to Harold Lloyd's classic silent film Speedy (1928). Celebrated actor and comedian Bill Irwin will host the event, a follow-up to the April 2015 debut of (Un)SilentFilm Night, which was hosted by Matthew Broderick and drew a capacity crowd to the 400-plus-seat Tishman Auditorium at University Center.
