The Marriott Theatre Presents 42ND STREET, 4/10 - 5/29

The song and tap extravaganza 42nd STREET previews March 30th, opens April 10th and runs through May 29th at the Marriott Theatre, 10 Marriott Drive, Lincolnshire, IL. The Broadway production of 42nd STREET won the Tony Award for Best Musical and Choreography in 1980, and Best Revival in 2001. The Marriott Theatre's production will feature Direction and Musical Staging by 2010 Jeff Award winner Rachel Rockwell, Choreography by 2010 Jeff Award winner Tammy Mader, with Musical Direction by multi-Jeff Award winner Doug Peck.

Broadway favorite Sutton Foster is Set to make an appearance at the 86th Street Barnes & Noble in the Uper East Side on May 9. At 5pm, Foster will sign copies of her new CD: 'An Evening with Sutton Foster: Live at Cafe Carlyle.'On May 10, stage and screen star Julie Andrews will sign copies of her new book 'The Very Fairy Princess Takes the Stage' at 7pm.

Lark Launches Van Lier Fellowship Program

Playwright Susan Soon He Stanton and stage director Reginald Douglas were each appointed to a one year residency at the Lark Play Development Center as inaugural fellows in the company's brand-new Van Lier Fellowship Program.

Music Theatre of Connecticut Adds Performance of MY WAY, 4/17

Music Theatre of Connecticut MainStage is proud to present 'My Way: A Musical Tribute to Frank Sinatra' by David Grapes and Todd Olson. A drop-dead, too-good-to miss musical revue featuring over fifty songs recorded by 'Old Blue Eyes,' this limited engagement of 'My Way: A Musical Tribute to Frank Sinatra' is currently in production. Due to popular demand, an additional performance has been added on Sunday, April 17 at 7pm.
