Country-turned-pop singer Taylor Swift is moving from just an icon to a mentor. According to UsMagazine.com, the Grammy Award-winner will be on Season 7 of NBC's THE VOICE. As an advisor for all of the teams, the 24-year-old will be working with THE VOICE favorites Adam Levine and Blake Shelton and new coaches for this season, Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams.
