Anika Larsen (Cynthia Weil in BEAUTIFUL) is releasing her debut CD - SING YOU TO SLEEP: a tuneful and personal album for adults and children alike.

The outstanding musical production of Kansas City Christmas opened the 29th season of the Heartland Men's Chorus on Friday December 5 at the Folly Theater. The newly appointed Artistic Director Dustin S. Cates led the chorus of about 120 men through an array of humorous and sincere holiday songs to kick off the festive season. Cates served as a Guest Conductor for the Chorus's production of I Am Harvey Milk.

In 1965, legendary Motown songwriter Ron Miller penned the lyrics to 'For Once In My Life,' which became a timeless classic covered by hundreds of major label artists over the past five decades, including its breakthrough hit recording by Stevie Wonder in 1968, which was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2009. Miller passed away in 2007. Now, Miller's grandson, 14-year-old singer and multi-talented performer Oliver Richman (www.oliverrichman.com), celebrates the 50th anniversary of the song's composition and his grandfather's great legacy with a lush and intimate recording of the beloved standard. It was announced today, Jeff Beck will headline a string of solo dates, beginning April 16th with a pair of intimate engagements in Huntington, New York before wrapping up on April 26th in Greensburg, PA. Beginning April 30th in Cedar Park, TX, Beck and ZZ Top will make-up the rescheduled dates from this past September when the hugely successful double-bill tour was cut short due to an unfortunate injury to ZZ Top bassist, Dusty Hill.
