Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS has a number of traditions that theatre fans look forward to every year. To raise money for numerous causes, the organization sponsors such special events as Broadway Backwards, the Broadway Flea Market, and Gypsy of the Year. In the midst of the fall/winter collection period is another beloved tradition: Carols for a Cure, a collection of Broadway casts singing holiday songs, now in its nineteenth year. This season's merry offering includes a blend of classic carols, modern songs, and wholly new compositions written specifically for this album.

On Today, November 25th at 7:00pm at The Duplex Cabaret Theatre, 61 Christopher Street (On 7th Ave), Tap luminary, Brian Davis, takes classic American Song and Dance and mixes it with a contemporary flair.

Celebrate the release of the Mark White Octet's debut recording with a live performance at THE BLACK BOX, downtown Franklin's theater, music and event venue, at 8 p.m. on Friday, December 1. Lee (Chairman and Chief Executive Office of BET Networks) for her commitment to the advancement of arts and culture and her dedication to the organization, which has helped steer Ailey to success since she joined the board in 2002.
