On Sunday, December 5, 2010, the Great Neck Arts Center (GNAC) hosted its annual benefit gala at The NYIT DeSeversky Mansion in Old Westbury, New York.

A benefit performance of FREUD'S LAST SESSION was held on September 22, 2010 for Barrington Stage Co. The event is co-chaired by Barrington Board president Mary Ann Quinson & Eda Sorokoff.

On Monday, September 20, Jay Armstrong Johnson made his solo concert debut as part of the Broadway at Birdland series. The house was packed with Broadway heavy hitters, including Hair co-author James Rado, Sara Gettelfinger, Todrick Hall, Jason Michael Snow and Alex Brightman.

On Monday, September 13, two-time Tony nominee Christopher Fitzgerald took to the Broadway at Birdland concert stage, along with his musical partner and accompanist, David Turner. The evening was presented by Jim Caruso.

Jim Caruso was delighted to present William Blake in concert as part of the Broadway at Birdland series on Monday, September 6.

Composer Scott Alan will perform at the Harvest Rain Theatre Company's Powerhouse Theatre on September 3 at 7:30pm, the company has announced on its official website. In addition to Alan himself, the concert will feature musical theatre performers from Brisbane, who will perform Alan's songs.

On Monday, August 2, the Tony-winning actress Cady Huffman took to the Broadway at Birdland in front of a packed house of family, friends and fans! Huffman (Tony winner for The Producers), along with renowned saxophonist Michael Hashim, celebrated, challengd and twisted into oblivion some traditional jazz standards with their musical collaboration, 'The Tree Of Life. Joining Huffman and Hashim on stage were Ed MacCeachen on guitar, Kelly Freisen on bass and Willard Dyson on drums.

Fresh from her Broadway run of Hair, Annaleigh Ashford returned to the Broadway at Birdland concert series with the musical magic of James Sampliner, on Monday, July 12. Annaleigh dazzled the packed house with popular classics by everyone from Doris Day to Janis Joplin. With an emphasis on the sounds of the 60's and 70's, Ashford and Sampliner performed 'It's Magic,' 'Mona Lisa's and Mad Hatters,' 'Beautiful,' 'When I'm 64,' and many more. New York Musical Theater Festival will kick off its 7th season with BEST OF THE FEST, a gala celebration to toast the achievements of the Festival's alumni. The one night only benefit concert will take place on Monday, June 21st at 8 PM at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues).

This performance marked the 10th time the writing duo has performed at the historic music room! On Monday, April 19, Ilene Graff made her Broadway at Birdland debut with her concert, 'First You Dream.' Accompanied by her Musical Director-husband Ben Lanzarone and singing a duet with daughter Nikka Lanzarone, Graff performed songs ranging from Harold Arlen to the Beatles, the Bergmans to Sondheim, all with unique interpretations and arrangements. Family, friends and fans packed the music room, including Ilene's cousin Randy Graff, Joanna Gleason, Steve Marzullo, Mark Sendroff, Nick Adams, Lori Tan Chinn and New York fire chief Dan Daly. Daly called Ilene, 'The quintessential sweetheart!'
