The Roundabout Theatre Company's New York Premiere of Stephen Karam's new play, Sons of the Prophet, opened last night, October 20. Directed by Peter DuBois, the cast features Yusef Bulos (Bill), Jonathan Louis Dent (Vin), Santino Fontana (Joseph), Joanna Gleason (Gloria), Lizbeth Mackay (Mrs. McAndrew), Dee Nelson (Dr. Manor), Chris Perfetti (Charles), Charles Socarides (Timothy).

Roundabout Theatre Company has announced Stephanie J. Block will join the Tony Award winning company of Anything Goes performing the role of 'Reno Sweeney' while Sutton Foster is filming a television pilot for 2-3 weeks in November. Suicide, Incorporated features Mike DiSalvo (Officer), Gabriel Ebert (Jason), Corey Hawkins (Perry), James McMenamin (Norm), Toby Leonard Moore (Scott), Jake O'Connor (Tommy).

Slouching Towards Bethlehem, PA by Stephen Karam - September 22nd, 2011 This is my first time blogging. Ever. I'll do my best. The first week of rehearsals has just ended and its been the usual rush of adrenaline, nerves, excitement, discovery, fear, joy. Sons of the Prophet had a production at the Huntington Theater Company this past spring, and I was able to take what I learned from that first run and do a series of big rewrites this summer at the MacDowell Colony (where I worked in a cottage whose previous inhabitants include James Baldwin and Spalding Gray and María Irene Fornés!)

Roundabout Theatre Company has just announced a new block of tickets now on-sale through April 29th, 2012. Anything Goes currently stars 2011 Tony Award winner Sutton Foster as 'Reno Sweeney' and Tony and Academy Award winner Joel Grey as 'Moonface Martin,' and is directed and choreographed by 2011 Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall.
