With "Sleeping Beauty", the third ballet in Matthew Bourne's Tchaikovsky trilogy that includes "Nutcracker!" and "Swan Lake", the award-winning British choreographer has once again proved himself to be not only a gifted dancemaker but a masterful storyteller. The production, correctly billed as "A Gothic Romance", is playing at New York's City Center on West 55th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues until November 3rd with the superb original cast of world class dancers from Bourne's London-based New Adventures company.

Stephen Fry, who is making his Broadway acting debut as Malvolio in the critically acclaimed Shakespeare's Globe production of TWELFTH NIGHT, will be a guest on 'The Colbert Report' on Thursday, October 24. 'The Colbert Report' airs at 11:30 PM ET on Comedy Central, 10:30 PM Central.

Ian Rickson directs Brendan Coyle (Mickey), Rupert Grint (Sweets), Daniel Mays (Potts), Colin Morgan(Skinny), Ben Whishaw (Baby) and Tom Rhys Harries (Silver Johnny) in a major West End revival of Jez Butterworth's award-winning Mojo, reuniting director and writer who previously collaborated on the play's world premiere at the Royal Court in 1995. Mojo will preview at the Harold Pinter Theatre from 26 October 2013 with press night on 13 November and is booking to 25 January 2014. Today (9 September 2013) the National Theatre's internationally acclaimed stage production of War Horse announces the release of over 280,000 new tickets for its West End production, taking bookings at the New London Theatre to 27 October 2014.

Today the first images from inside Stephen Unwin's rehearsal room for Ghosts have been released by the Rose Theatre Kingston and English Touring Theatre. This new translation by Unwin will premiere at the Rose Theatre on the 19 September before touring nationwide to Salisbury, Oxford, Guildford, York, Watford, Malvern and Brighton. New York City Center will present the New York premiere of Matthew Bourne's acclaimed Sleeping Beauty for a limited engagement, October 23 - November 3, 2013, at City Center (West 55th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues). Tickets will go on sale on March 25.

There is much to love about the innovative production of A Midsummer Night's Dream, directed by Tom Morris, that is currently playing at the Dock Street Theatre in Charleston, S.C. as part of the Spoleto Festival. A spare company of twelve actors enacts a large cast of characters with the help of puppets composed of inventive materials ranging from classical masks to simple workmen's tools. A co-production by the U.K.'s Bristol Old Vic and Handspring Puppet Company from South Africa, the production is a visual feast chock full of imaginative surprises.

Almeida Theatre Cast members past and present were out in force to celebrate Michael Attenborough's 11 years as Artistic Director of the Almeida Theatre.
