Shakespeare's Globe in partnership with Arts Alliance Media will release three of its 2011 theatre productions to cinemas in the USA, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. The Globe on Screen season will launch globally from September 26 and will include All's Well That Ends Well, with screenings to commence in the US from October 11, Much Ado About Nothing, from October 23, and Doctor Faustus, from November 8. The third production to be staged at the brand new pop-up theatre space in Chichester is the world premiere of a witty and disturbing thriller by Penelope Skinner, one of the UK's most highly praised emerging playwrights. The cast includes award-winning actress Cush Jumbo and Olivia Poulet.
Produced by Bill Kenwright and Thelma Holt, Noel Coward's Volcano, starring Jenny Seagrove, Dawn Steele, and Jason Durr, will premiere and play a strictly limited West End run this summer at the Vaudeville Theatre. The press night will be on Thursday 16th August at 7.00pm. The run will be for seven weeks only, from tonight, 14th August to Saturday 29th September.

Pace University has announced the 2012 / 2013 season of Pace Presents, hosted at The Michael Schimmel Center for The Arts located at 3 Spruce Street between Park Row and Gold Street in downtown Manhattan. Pace Presents is a world-class performing arts and culture series with an emphasis on music superstars from around the globe, charismatic and crowd-pleasing dance performances, spectacular theatre and contemporary cabaret. The Pace Presents season begins on September 22 with Gypsy brass superstars Fanfare Ciocarlia and culminates on April 20 with Jazz's living treasure, Hugh Masekela.
