Robert Lindsay, Rufus Hound and Katherine Kingsley will continue with their celebrated performances as Lawrence Jameson, Freddy Benson and Christine Colgate throughout this new booking period. Samantha Bond (Passion Play, Amy's View, Downton Abbey, Outnumbered) plays Muriel Eubanks, a glamorous divorcee looking for love in Beaumont-sur-Mer on the French Riviera and John Marquez (Privates On Parade, The Taming of the Shrew, Doc Martin) plays Andre Thibault, Beaumont-sur-Mer's Chief of Police.
The cast of ROCK OF AGES rallied the crowds at West End Live last weekend in an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the Largest Air Guitar Ensemble. With several thousands of people rocking to 'Sweet Child O' Mine' in Trafalgar Square there's no doubt that the crowd was big enough to beat the ensemble of just 2377 in the US casino which has held the record since 2011. Yet the final decision rests with World Record officials who must decide whether the attempt qualifies according to their rules.
