David Schwimmer Joins Ryan Murphy's 'AMERICAN CRIME STORY' on FX

Award-winning actor and director David Schwimmer has signed on to star as Robert Kardashian in the FX miniseries American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson.

TCG Releases Quiara Alegria Hudes' THE HAPPIEST SONG PLAYS LAST

Theatre Communications Group (TCG) has announced the publication of Quiara Alegria Hudes's The Happiest Song Plays Last, the final play in Hudes's award-winning Elliot trilogy. In 2013, The Happiest Song Plays Last premiered at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago, with a later Off-Broadway run at New York's Second Stage Theatre in 2014. A 2015 production at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival has been announced.

Ron Cephas Jones (Of Mice of Men and 2ST's Wildflower) and Michael Rispoli (Between Riverside and Crazy at ATC) join previously announced cast members Stephen McKinley Henderson (Fences, 2ST's Jitney), Victor Almanzar (Repertorio Espanol, LAByrinth Theater), Elizabeth Canavan (The Little Flower of East Orange), Rosal Colon (The Motherf*cker with the Hat) and Liza Colon-Zayas (2ST Water by the Spoonful and Living Out).

Animus Theatre Company is pleased to announce that acclaimed film, television and stage star Alexis Bledel has joined the lineup for Leslye Headland's Sin Cycle Plays (Assistance; Bachelorette; Cinephilia; Reverb; Surfer Girl; and The Accidental Blonde), their 2014 Reading Festival series in association with Circle in the Square Professional Workshop, on Monday, November 17, at Broadway's Circle in the Square Theatre. Bledel will read the role of Veronica in The Accidental Blonde.
