ORPHAN BLACK's Tatiana Maslany and THE NEWSROOM's Thomas Sadoski Will Lead Neil LaBute's THE WAY WE GET BY at Second Stage

Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director) has announced the complete cast and director for its upcoming production of Neil LaBute's world premiere drama, THE WAY WE GET BY. The production will star Golden Globe nominee Tatiana Maslany, the critically-acclaimed star of the BBC America series Orphan Black, making her New York stage debut, and Tony Award nominee Thomas Sadoski, well known for his role on the HBO series, 'The Newsroom,' as well as his Tony-nominated performance in LaBute's reasons to be pretty. The play will be directed by Leigh Silverman, who was nominated for a Tony Award last season for her direction of Violet.

Stephen Adly Guirgis' BETWEEN RIVERSIDE AND CRAZY Will Play Second Stage in This February

Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director, Casey Reitz Executive Director) will present the Atlantic Theater Company's (Neil Pepe, Artistic Director, Jeffory Lawson, Managing Director) production of Stephen Adly Guirgis' acclaimed play, BETWEEN RIVERSIDE AND CRAZY, for a limited engagement this winter. Directed by Austin Pendleton, the production will begin previews on Friday, January 16, 2015 and will officially open on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Second Stage Theatre's Tony Kiser Theatre (305 West 43rd street). All Aboard - Meet the Full Cast of THE LAST SHIP, Setting Sail Tonight on Broadway!

THE LAST SHIP - the new musical with music and lyrics by 16-time Grammy Award-winner Sting and book by Tony Award winner John Logan and Pulitzer Prize-winner Brian Yorkey opens tonight, October 26. The Last Ship is directed by Tony Award winner Joe Mantello and choreographed by Olivier Award winner and Tony Award nominee Steven Hoggett. Vets and Newbies - Meet the Cast of THIS IS OUR YOUTH, Running Through January on Broadway!

Steppenwolf Theatre Company's new production of Kenneth Lonergan's critically acclaimed THIS IS OUR YOUTH opened on Broadway on September 11, 2014, and runs through January 4, 2015 at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street). In this production, Michael Cera makes his New York stage debut opposite Kieran Culkin and Tavi Gevinson, which premiered at Steppenwolf in Chicago this past summer, and is directed by Anna D. Brooke Adams and Tony Shalhoub to Star in Commonwealth Shakespeare's HAPPY DAYS Next Month

Commonwealth Shakespeare Company (CSC) will present its first indoor production as Theatre Company in Residence at Babson College, Samuel Beckett's classic Happy Days featuring Brooke Adams* (Lend Me A Tenor, CSC's The Last Will) and Tony Shalhoub* (Act One, Monk) November 18 - 23 at the Carling-Sorenson Theater at Babson College.

Tony Winner Jason Robert Brown Set for Northlight Theatre's 40th Anniversary Party, 12/11

Northlight Theatre, under the direction of Artistic Director BJ Jones and Executive Director Timothy J. Evans, announces Northlight's 40th Anniversary Party featuring a performance by Tony Award winner, composer and lyricist Jason Robert Brown. The event, which will also include a cocktail reception, raffle and auction, will be held at Northlight Theatre, 9501 Skokie Blvd in Skokie, on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 7:00pm. POWWOW HIGHWAY Begins 10/10 at HERE

American Indian Artists Inc. (AMERINDA) will present the World Premiere of POWWOW HIGHWAY, a stage adaptation of David Seals novel turned cult classic film by William S. Yellow Robe, Jr. Directed by Madeline Sayet, previews begin October 10 at HERE. Opening night is slated for Thursday, October 16.

Second Stage's LIPS TOGETHER, TEETH APART Begins Previews Next Week

Second Stage Theatre's production of TERRENCE McNALLY's play, LIPS TOGETHER, TEETH APART, directed by PETER DuBOIS, will begin preview performances next Tuesday, October 7. Featuring MICHAEL CHERNUS (Obie Award winner for In the Wake), TRACEE CHIMO (Lortel Award winner for Bad Jews, 2ST Uptown's Bachelorette), AMERICA FERRERA (Emmy Award winner for 'Ugly Betty') and AUSTIN LYSY (2ST's The Water's Edge), the production will officially open on Wednesday, October 29. Court Theatre & American Blues Theater Extend NATIVE SON

Due to early ticket demand, Court Theatre and American Blues Theater announce an extension to the world premiere of American Blues Ensemble Member Nambi E. Kelley's new adaptation of Richard Wright's classic novel, Native Son, directed by Seret Scott. Native Son will now run September 11 - October 19, 2014 at Court Theatre, 5535 S. Ellis Avenue.

Holly Twyford and Luigi Sottile to Star in Signature Theatre's SEX WITH STRANGERS This Fall in D.C.

This fall, Signature Theatre continues its commitment to presenting bold new contemporary plays with the DC area premiere of Sex with Strangers by Laura Eason. After its New York premiere at Second Stage Theatre this summer, Signature is proud to introduce this play to DC audiences. Running October 14 - December 7, Sex with Strangers will be presented in Signature's intimate 110-seat ARK Theatre.
