Matthew Modine, Melissa Errico Lead MORE BETWEEN HEAVEN AND EARTH

Fifth Annual New York One-Minute Play Festival Cast & Creatives Announced

Casting has been announced for the Fifth Annual New York One-Minute Play Festival, hosted by Primary Stages at 59E59 Theaters. The New York One-Minute Play Festival will take place Sunday, October 16 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at Primary Stages at 59E59 Theaters (59 East 59th Street), the Off-Broadway home of Primary Stages. Seating is extremely limited.

ALL MY SONS, HAY FEVER et al. Set for Juilliard's Drama Division 2011-2012 Season

Juilliard's Drama Division announces the complete schedule for its 2011-2012 season of fully-staged productions featuring students in their fourth and final year of acting training at Juilliard. This season's plays include Arthur Miller's All My Sons, directed by Harris Yulin, October 19-23; Juilliard alumnus Nathan Jackson's Broke-ology, directed by Kent Gash, November 10-14; and Noel Coward's Hay Fever, directed by Dakin Matthews, December 8-12. The Drama Division is led by James Houghton, Richard Rodgers Director of Drama.

Rising Phoenix Rep Presents CLOWN BAR June 19

Following the sold out performances and overflow crowds at its first eight Cino Nights presentations (of new plays by Gary Sunshine, Mando Alvarado, Courtney Baron, Florencia Lozano, Kristen Palmer, Emily DeVoti, Lucy Thurber, and Jessica Dickey) Rising Phoenix Rep continues the series on June 19th at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. with CLOWN BAR by Adam Szymkowicz.

Icicle Creek Theatre Festival and ACT Announce Workshop Selections

The Icicle Creek Theatre Festival and ACT- A Contemporary Theatre announce the two plays selected for workshops at this year's Festival (August 20-24): You For Me for You by Mia Chung, and The Whale by Sam Hunter. These new plays will be presented at Icicle Creek Music Center in Leavenworth, WA, on Saturday, August 20, and at ACT Theatre in Seattle on Tuesday, August 23 and Wednesday, August 24.

The O'Neill Honors Max Wilk

Max Wilk, author, playwright, film and television writer, and long time dramaturg for the National Playwrights Conference passed away at the age of 90, on Saturday, February 19th, at his home in Westport, Connecticut.
