The Garden State Film Festival is proud to announce there will be a special encore performance of the independent film Charlie, Trevor and a Girl Savannah at the Algonquin Arts Theater in Manasquan, NJ tonight, June 26th at 7:30 PM. The film made its worldwide premiere at the 2015 Garden State Film Festival in Atlantic City in March, and will now be making its New Jersey theatrical debut. Each year, the Garden State Film Festival has a soft start with a Today night screening and benefit for a fellow non-profit, preceding the official opening festivities on Friday. This year, today, March 19, 2015, GSFF will host a benefit for the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City and present the film, Greetings from the Shore, at 7:00p.m. at the Claridge Hotel Showroom on the third floor.

In conjunction with the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA), the Garden State Film Festival will present a free movie screening of Wild Ocean on August 2, 2014 at 8:45 p.m. at Brighton Park. It will be presented with a selection of short films, and hosted by Captain Joel S. Fogel, past chairman of the Philadelphia chapter of the Explorers Club as well as their First World Ambassador. Brighton Park is located off the Boardwalk near Bally's.

This will be the 29th anniversary of the original production, and 23 years since the Los Angeles production originally opened. Marmo and Theatre 68 are elated to be granted the rights for this show for the first time since its original premiere. Landing Van Zandt as the director was the icing on the cake.
