The Toronto Symphony Orchestra will celebrate the holidays with the return of a seasonal favourite, Home Alone in Concert, for three performances on December 3 (7:30pm) and December 4 (2:00pm & 7:30pm).

Single tickets to the Toronto Symphony Orchestra's previously announced 2021/22 season will go on sale September 16, for concerts through to February 2022. Single tickets for the remainder of the season will go on sale at a later date when there are updated capacity limits during the winter/spring months. The first half of the season will feature shorter concerts with no intermission and works selected for smaller ensembles to allow for distance on stage.

A cast change has been announced for the upcoming Washington National Opera production of Mozart’s “Così fan tutte.”

Legendary Italian bass Ferruccio Furlanetto will make his Washington National Opera debut as Don Alfonso in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Così fan tutte. Furlanetto has sung at every major opera house and festival in the world, and has been praised by critics for his vast range, thundering vocal power, and renowned acting.

Washington National Opera today announced its 2021–2022 season featuring a triumphant return to the Opera House stage, four world premiere commissions celebrating the Kennedy Center’s 50th Anniversary, debuts from acclaimed and rising opera stars, the return to the pit for Principal Conductor Evan Rogister and the WNO Orchestra & Chorus, and more.

Cincinnati Opera will return to the outdoors for its reimagined 2021 Summer Festival, Summer at Summit. The season will take place July 11-31 at Summit Park, located in the heart of Blue Ash, Ohio, and will feature internationally renowned artists, the Cincinnati Opera Chorus, and the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.

Opera Ballet Vlaanderen is embarking upon 2021 with no fewer than 24 titles. This January and February, you can look forward to a new production or surprise from Opera Ballet Vlaanderen almost every week. They will start the new year online and as soon as permitted, they will once again receive audiences live in the theatres.

Premiering this December, the multi-award-winning innovative team at Against  the Grain Theatre (AtG) is proud to present a bold interpretation of Handel's Messiah, accompanied by and in partnership with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO), and co-directed by  Joel Ivany, the Founding Artistic Director of AtG, Reneltta Arluk, Director of Indigenous Arts  at Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity. The George London Foundation for Singers 2019-20 season marks the centennial of the birth of its namesake, the legendary Canadian-American bass-baritone who was one of the greatest opera singers of the 20th century. The season opens at The Morgan Library and Museum on Sunday, October 20, 2019, at 4:00 pm, with a recital by two young American rising stars and George London Award winners: Latonia Moore, soprano, and Ryan Speedo Green, bass-baritone, with Ken Noda, piano.

The two operas, Pagliacci and Cavalleria rusticana will run Sept. 5-28 at the Dutch National Opera.

Cincinnati Opera kicks off its 99th Summer Festival on Sunday, June 9 with a free concert in Washington Park. Opera in the Park will feature a selection of unforgettable opera and musical theater favorites-from 'Summertime' from Porgy and Bess to Man of La Mancha's 'The Impossible Dream'-performed by stars from the 2019 season, the Cincinnati Opera Chorus, and the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.
