Peter and the Starcatcher, a new play by Tony® Award-nominee Rick Elice (Jersey Boys), directed by Tony® Award-winner Roger Rees (Nicholas Nickleby) and Tony® Award-nominee Alex Timbers (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, The Pee-wee Herman Show), has an official opening night set for Sunday, April 15, 2012 at The Brooks Atkinson Theatre. The producers of Peter and the Starcatcher, a new play by Tony® Award-nominee Rick Elice (Jersey Boys), have announced that performances through April 29th are $99 (orchestra and front mezzanine) and $59 (mezzanine), when purchased by the first preview on Wednesday, March 28th.

Two-time Tony Award-nominated Alison Fraser has joined the cast of David Ives' new comedy, THE SCHOOL FOR LIES, from the Molière classic The Misanthrope, directed by Tony Award winner Walter Bobbie, beginning performances Wednesday, April 13 at Classic Stage Company (136 East 13th Street) for a limited engagement through Sunday, May 22. The official press opening is Sunday, May 1 at 2 pm. Atlantic Theater Company (Neil Pepe, Artistic Director; Jeffory Lawson, Managing Director)'s world premiere adaptation of THE NEW YORK IDEA by Tony Award® winner David Auburn, opened last night. Directed by Mark Brokaw, the new adaptation of the 1906 comedy by Langdon Mitchell commissioned by Atlantic, will play through Saturday, February 26 after announcing an extension at The Lucille Lortel Theatre while Atlantic's Linda Gross Theater undergoes renovation.
