Sex. Lies. Violins. A cast of all-Seattle actors dives into the passionate behind-the-scenes life of a fictional string quartet in Opus at Seattle Repertory Theatre. The play is inspired by violist-turned-playwright Michael Hollinger's own quartet experiences. Opus opens in previews Oct. 30 and plays through Dec. 6 in the intimate Leo K. Theatre. Irons, Rickman and More Set for JOHN MORTIMER AT THE COURT...AND LATER AT THE BAR

Full casting has been announced for the Royal Court's JOHN MORTIMER AT THE COURT...AND LATER AT THE BAR. The cast will include Broadway stars Jeremy Irons, Alan Rickman, and Harriet Walter. Further casting includes Sinead Cusack, Joanna David, Edward Fox, Tom Hollander, Richard Johnson, Emily Mortimer, Alessandro Nivola, and Dominic West. The evening will be curated by Stephen Jeffreys and Nina Raine will direct. The evening will take place November 15th.

The Brooklyn Academy of Music has announced their 2010 season, which will include the Donmar Warehouse's production of Strindberg's CREDITORS, directed by Alan Rickman. The cast will feature Anna Chancellor, Tom Burke and Owen Teale who will remain with the production after the transfer.
