It has been 20 years since Andew Lloyd Webber, Don Black and Christopher Hampton's SUNSET BOULEVARD made its West End premiere. Fast forward to 2013, and South Africa finally has a production of SUNSET BOULEVARD to call its own.

Producer/director Daniel Neiden will team up with St. John's Lutheran Church (81 Christopher Street) to present the World Premiere of ADAM'S GIFTS by Peter Filichia. This Christmas offering will have three initial performances on December 19, 20, and 21 at 7:00 pm. Tickets are FREE with a donation to St. John's 'at the door.' Reservations required. The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) has announced the winners of the NYMF 2013 Awards for Excellence. Awards are voted on by the NYMF jury.

Boys Will Be Boys will play at The Pershing Square Signature Center Studio Theatre (480 West 42nd St) on Wed, July 17 at 8:30pm; Thur, July 18 at 1:30pm and5:30pm; Sat, July 20 at 9:30pm; Wed, July 24 at 9:30pm; and Fri, July 26 at 5:30pm. Mother and daughter, Rosemary Harris and Jennifer Ehle, both Theatre World Award Alumni, are 2013 Honorary Co-Chairs.

Cameron Mackintosh announced today that his acclaimed new production of Alain Boublil & Claude-Michel Schonberg's Tony Award-winning musical masterpiece LES MISERABLES will return to the Imperial Theatre, the show's home on Broadway for nearly 13 years and 5244 performances. Previews for the new production of LES MISERABLES will begin Saturday, March 1 with an official opening night Sunday, March 23. The original New York production of LES MISERABLES premiered first at the Broadway Theatre on March 12, 1987, later moving to the Imperial on October 17, 1990, where it played until May 18, 2003, for a total Broadway run of 6680 performances. The casting process for the new production has begun and will be completed later this summer.
