On Monday, November 16, 2009 two hundred and fifty people gathered at the Edison Ballroom to celebrate the 31 years of Arts Horizons. The evening was hosted by Lauren Glassberg of WABC-TV. Founded in 1978, by John Devol, Arts Horizons has presented programs to over seven million students, teachers and community members. Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio is set to join the cast of 'Law and Order: Criminal Intent' for its upcoming season. Mastrantonio will play the working-class captain of the show's Major Case Squad, replacing Eric Bogosian. The cast will feature several new members, as four of the current actors, Vincent D'Onofrio, Kathryn Erbe, Julianne Nicholson and Eric Bogosian, have all chosen not to return.
