Martell Foundation announced today that a live performance by pop phenomenon Cody Simpson will round out this year's star-studded 13th Annual Family Day line-up which includes Train, Cobra Starship and Nickelodeon's 'Victorious' star and Universal Republic recording artist Ariana Grande.
