Broadway In Chicago is pleased to announce that individual tickets for RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN'S CINDERELLA, the 2013 Tony Award-winning Broadway musical from the creators of South Pacific and The Sound of Music, go on sale to the public this Friday, October 17 at 10 AM. CINDERELLA will play the Cadillac Palace Theatre (151 W Randolph) for a limited engagement from December 16, 2014 through January 4, 2015.

Squabbalogic's production of SONDHEIM ON SONDHEIM helps to answer the question that the NEW YORK magazine posed in 1994, "Is Stephen Sondheim God?". The revue of Sondheim's work, originally conceived and directed in 2010 by James Lapine, who has had a long connection with the composer, takes the audience on a journey through Sondheim's life, his creations, and creative process, all narrated by Sondheim himself by way of video recordings and archive footage projected onto a large screen above the stage.

First up, On The Verge, or the Geography of Yearning by Eric Overmyer will be directed by F. Producer Ken Gentry for NETworks Presentations, in collaboration with Ted Chapin, President and Executive Director of Rodgers & Hammerstein: An Imagem Company, announced today that a brand new production ofTHE SOUND OF MUSIC, directed by Jack O'Brien, will tour North America beginning September 2015. This lavish new production will launch at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, under the auspices of the Center Theatre Group, and will then tour North America for multiple seasons, playing multi-week and week-long engagements. Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston will present a tribute to the genius of Rodgers & Hammerstein with A Grand Night for Singing, October 4-5, 2014 at the Robinson Theater (617 Lexington St, Waltham, MA, 02452). From "Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin'" to "Some Enchanted Evening," A Grand Night for Singing is an intimate Broadway revue featuring over 30 of Rodgers and Hammerstein's greatest hits. A six-piece, on-stage orchestra will accompany a stellar five-member cast through classics from shows such as Carousel, Oklahoma!, The King and I, South Pacific and more. A Grand Night for Singing will run Saturday, Oct 4th at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and Sunday, October 5 at 2 pm. Tickets for A Grand Night for Singing at Reagle Music Theatre range from $35 to $63.
