Aberdeen. This year's world premieres, written by high school students and given a staged professional production, explore the theme of "Assumptions." Each winning production is performed in tandem Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. with weekday student matinees. perform without their standard spandex and platform shoes at a benefit concert for Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS. This eclectic evening of songs with music directed by Bill Congdon will take place at West Hollywood's iconic venue The Abbey (629 N Robertson Blvd, West Hollywood, CA) at 8PM and will feature a special performance by the legendary Candis Cayne (Dirty Sexy Money).

The North American tour of Mamma Mia! celebrated its 6th anniversary last night in Kalamazoo, Michigan at the Miller Auditorium, and plays its 2,500th performance tonight!
