The National Theatre's WAR HORSE, winner of five 2011 Tony® Awards including Best Play, will make its Atlanta debut at the Fox Theatre September 25-30, as part of the Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta 2012-13 season

The Orpheum Theater is set to present the national tour of WAR HORSE to Minneapolis audiences from June 12th through June 23rd of next year. Based on a novel by Michael Morpurgo, adapted by Nick Stafford in association with Handspring Puppet Company, War Horse is currently running on Broadway, The West End, and in Canada.

The Winspear Opera House is set to present the national tour of WAR HORSE to Dallas audiences from September 12th through September 23rd of this year. Lincoln Center Theater (under the direction of Andre Bishop, Artistic Director, and Bernard Gersten, Executive Producer) has announced that it will extend the run of its critically acclaimed production of Amy Herzog's 4000 MILES, directed by Daniel Aukin, for a second time, through Sunday, July 1 at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater (150 West 65 Street). The original run of the production was extended through Sunday, June 17 after 4000 MILES opened to critical acclaim in early April.

Casting was announced today for the upcoming U.S. tour of the 2011 Tony Award-winning Best Play, WAR HORSE. The company, comprised of more than 30 performers, includes Andrew Veenstra as Albert Narracott, Brian Keane as Arthur Narracott, Michael Wyatt Cox as Billy Narracott, Todd Cerveris as Ted Narracott, Angela Reed as Rose Narracott, Jason Loughlin as Lieutenant James Nicholls, and Jason Alan Carvell as Private Schnabel.

LCT3 will open its 2012-2013 season with DISGRACED, a new play by Ayad Akhtar, directed by Kimberly Senior beginning Monday, October 15 through Sunday, November 18 at LCT3's new home at Lincoln Center Theater, the Claire Tow Theater (150 West 65 Street). Opening night is Monday, October 22. LCT3 is producing this New York premiere of DISGRACED by arrangement with the Araca Group.

Željko Ivanek and Sarah Steele will comprise the two-person cast of Slowgirl, a new play by Greg Pierce, directed by Anne Kauffman, which will be the first production to be presented by LCT3 in its new home, The Claire Tow Theater on the roof of Lincoln Center Theater's Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65 Street). Slowgirl will run for six weeks only from Monday, June 4 through Sunday, July 15. Opening night is Monday, June 18 at 7pm.

Seattle Repertory Theatre and Artistic Director Jerry Manning announced today its full 50th Anniversary Season. The Seattle Rep artistic team has spent years putting together this landmark season-one that showcases what the Rep does best and celebrates its history.
