On Saturday, October 17, Symphony Space presents Frank Sinatra at 100, a starry celebration of the iconic singer's centennial. Over the course of three three-hour sets - 2 pm, 5 pm, and 8 pm - no fewer than 100 songs from Sinatra's repertoire will be performed by an impressive roster of interpreters, including Peter Cincotti, Tony Danza, Rebecca Luker, Marilyn Maye, Tierney Sutton, and dozens more. Instrumental renditions by pianist Bill Charlap, the guitar duo of Bucky Pizzarelli & Ed Laub, and saxophonists Harry Allen and Ted Nash will complement the vocal selections. The house band throughout the day will be led by Russ Kassoff on piano, with Dick Sarpola on bass and John Redsecker on drums.

Cullman Center in Lincoln Center will present the free multimedia exhibition Alice Live! The exhibition will trace the history of Lewis Carroll's beloved Alice stories in live performance from their first professional staging through today. Lincoln Center, the world's largest performing arts center, announces upcoming dates and details for Boro-Linc, a program that presents free family events from Lincoln Center's resident organizations to neighborhoods across New York City through partnerships with cultural and community organizations. The Boro-Linc initiative commenced last year with several Lincoln Center programs at the Casita Maria Center for Arts & Education in the Bronx, and continues this fall with a series in both Staten Island (Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden) and Queens (Jamaica Center for Arts & Learning). The program will continue in the spring in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx; details to be announced at a later date.
Lincoln Center announces an artist update for this weekend's closing Mostly Mozart Festival program this weekend, August 21 and 22. John Relyea will replace Brindley Sherratt (who was to make his Festival debut, and has to cancel for personal reasons) in singing the bass part of Haydn's The Creation with the Mostly Mozart Festival Orchestra at Avery Fisher Hall.
