The inspirational and cherished family film about the most timeless of all stories makes its Blu-ray debut in a 2-disc Combo Pack March 5 from Warner Home Video. Available at retail just before the Easter holiday, THE NATIVITY STORY (directed by Catherine Hardwicke of Twilight fame) 2-disc Combo Pack will contain both Blu-ray and DVD versions of the film and will have an SRP of $19.98. Orders are due January 29.

Theatre Ventures in association with Unique Features and Jujamcyn Theaters announced today that Jordan Gelber (Avenue Q, All My Sons) will play Broadway's favorite elf, 'Buddy' in the hit holiday musical ELF. He will be joined by Leslie Kritzer (Sondheim on Sondheim, A Catered Affair) as 'Jovie' and Mitchell Sink as 'Michael' in his Broadway debut.

Gary Barber and Roger Birnbaum today announced that Birnbaum will transition to an exclusive producer role at the studio, while Barber will become the sole Chairman and CEO of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc. Birnbaum will remain in his current offices in MGM's executive suite and will produce and develop new projects exclusively for the company. The announcement marks a return to hands-on producing for Birnbaum.

Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures in association with Unique Features and Jujamcyn Theaters announced today that television icon Wayne Knight will star as Santa in the hit musical ELF. Knight, currently starring in TV Land's "The Exes," is perhaps best known to audiences as Jerry Seinfeld's arch nemesis "Newman" on the Emmy Award-winning hit comedy "Seinfeld." Knight's credits also include Jurassic Park, Toy Story 2, Space Jam and "3rd Rock from the Sun," among many others.

Variety reports that New Line Cinema has just acquired the rights to the young adult novel THE RAVEN BOYS, written by Maggie Stiefvater. Akiva Goldsman will produce under a partnership with Safehouse Pictures. There is currently no writer attached to the project.

Theatre Ventures in association with Unique Features announced today that the hit musical ELF will star Tony® Award winner Beth Leavel (Emily), Tony® Award nominee Mark Jacoby (Walter), Valerie Wright (Deb), Adam Heller (Mr. Greenway) and Michael Mandell (Store Manager). Leavel, Jacoby, Wright and Mandell are reprising the roles they originated in the 2010 production of ELF. Additional casting will be announced soon.
